Our Story

MCDStudio was founded in 2013. Principals, Matt McDonald and Jennifer Verbeke bring over a combined 30 years of experience. Having worked at both traditional architecture firms and design-build firms, Matt and Jennifer combine a strong design driven background with a firm understanding and practical knowledge of the construction process.

Our firm is located in the Washington, D.C. Metro area, where we frequently work on projects in Maryland, Virginia, and D.C. Having also designed homes in Colorado and Idaho, we happily take on projects throughout the Country! The Washington D.C. area is full of an architectural diversity that we enjoy. We find excitement in traditional and modern projects and everything in between.
